Cradle LLC provides hazardous waste compliance verification services to industrial waste generators, including compliance file audits, reconciliation of vendor filings against the federal EPA e-Manifest record, waste determination reviews with qualified certifier sign-off, generator status monitoring, and inspection-readiness documentation along the Gulf Coast corridor. Cradle LLC does not broker, transport, treat, store, or dispose of waste, does not act as broker-of-record for any shipment, and does not take custody of any waste material.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Submitting a request through our contact form does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. All engagements — including the Compliance File Audit and Guardian retainer services — are subject to a separate written agreement between Cradle LLC and the client.
Cradle LLC provides compliance verification and documentation support services. Under RCRA, generators remain legally responsible for their own waste determinations, manifests, permits, and regulatory obligations, and all electronic manifest signatures are executed by the generator's own registered and authorized personnel. Cradle LLC's findings and work product support — but do not replace — the generator's own legal duties, and Cradle LLC does not assume liability for the compliance status of any third party.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Cradle LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Cradle LLC provides this Site and its content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site. In no event shall Cradle LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cradle LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
